A History Built on Experience

Founded in 1950, Rampp Co. was born after IDECO moved its operations from Marietta, Ohio. Former IDECO employees, bringing years of specialized expertise, helped launch our legacy of excellence. With continuous growth, Rampp quickly evolved into a leader in precision tool manufacturing, expanding both capability and reach.

In 2002, we transitioned into a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located at: 20445 State Route 550, Marietta, OH.
This move significantly improved our production workflow and allowed us to better serve clients with high-volume and custom orders.

Today, Rampp Co. proudly stands as the largest cable tool manufacturer in the U.S.

In 1985, Rampp Co. further strengthened its operations by acquiring Cameron Tool of Cameron, WV, giving rise to Camforge, our forging and machining division. Together, we produce forged components built to withstand the toughest industrial environments.
